Faculty Fellows
Faculty Fellows supports pre-tenure faculty in their first four years with essential tools, dedicated mentorship, and strategic guidance to help them prepare for tenure and/or promotion.
Eligible applicants include faculty in years 1 through 4 of their pre-tenure journey.

2026-2027 Faculty Fellows
The 2026-2027 Faculty Fellows program is a year-long hybrid program (both in-person and online) designed to provide pre-tenure faculty with motivation, guidance, and structure as they prepare their application materials for tenure and/or promotion. The program is facilitated by CTM Faculty Leader Jenn Caputo. Read more about Jenn on the Meet Our Team page. There are 12 available spots for pre-tenure faculty.
The following four meetings require IN-PERSON attendance. All other activities and requirements will be available remotely in the Canvas course.
