Please fill out and submit the below form to request to book the Center for Teaching and Mentoring for your event. Please keep in mind that we serve faculty, Academics Affairs staff, and graduate students. Your event is not confirmed until a CTM team member reaches out to you with a confirmation.

Meetings and events cannot be scheduled on weekends or before 8 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

Your event is not confirmed until a CTM staff member reaches out to you and confirms your event.

CTM does not provide food or drinks. If you choose to provide food or drinks, please let us know in advance. Additionally, please be aware that you are also responsible for providing all cutlery, paper goods, and other products related to food service.

CTM requires a copy of the sign-in sheet for every event. If you do not have a sign-in sheet, CTM will provide one (Please ask prior to the start of the event).

Unless CTM is sponsoring your event, you must provide your own Zoom/Teams link if you wish to have a HyFlex session in LIB 348.

We strongly recommend bringing any presentation materials on an external drive and using our CTM computer. However, if you must use your own laptop, we recommend bringing a backup of your files in case your device will not work with our docking station.

We do our best to assist with technology when needed. However, our staff may not always be available before/during your event for technology support and setup. If needed, copies/prints can be made on the printer in CTM/the library using your MTSU ID.

To print to a library printer from a laptop, email your .doc(x) or PDF document as an attachment to print@mtsu.edu. No other file formats are supported at this time. You must send your print job from an MTSU email address. Your print job will remain in the print queue for 24 hours and may be picked up from any library printer.

If MTSU has an unexpected closure (i.e., inclement weather, emergency, etc.), your event may have to be rescheduled.
