Associate to Professor
The Associate to Professor Mentoring Program supports faculty at the associate professor rank. This program provides essential tools, dedicated mentorship, and strategic guidance to help faculty prepare for promotion to professor. Eligible applicants must hold the rank of associate professor.
Individuals may not participate in the program during the same year they intend to submit materials for promotion.

2026-2027 Associate to Professor
The 2026-2027 Associate to Professor Mentoring Program is a year-long hybrid program (both in person and online) designed to provide motivation, guidance, and structure as faculty prepare their application materials for promotion. The program is facilitated by CTM Director Jennifer Vannatta-Hall. There are 12 available spots for associate professors.
The rest of the year-long program will be administrated in the 2026-2027 Associate to Professor shell in Canvas.
