Welcome

The Center for Teaching and Mentoring (CTM) serves all who teach on behalf of MTSU, including:

• Faculty (e.g., professors, instructors, lecturers, adjuncts)
• Graduate students
• Others with teaching duties

We offer programs and events that provide mentorship and support for professional development and career advancement.

We also collaborate with campus partners to co-sponsor programs and offer support to:

• Student-facing staff
• Department chairs and directors
• Departments, schools, and programs seeking support for teaching and learning, research, scholarship, and creative endeavors
