Center for Teaching & Mentoring
E3: Equip, Empower, Elevate
E3: Equip, Empower, Elevate is a workshop series designed to provide faculty and student-facing staff with practical tools and insights to more effectively mentor and support students at MTSU. Through these sessions, participants will elevate their understanding, strengthen their impact, and be empowered to help students thrive both academically and personally. We will offer several 60-minute workshops in Fall 2025. These workshops will take place on Tuesdays, from 11:30 am-12:30 pm in the Center for Teaching & Mentoring (LIB 348). Bring a brownbag lunch and learn more about mentoring and supporting our students. We will make each of these workshops hyflex where we concurrently Zoom the session for those faculty and staff who are not able to attend in person. Attendance is open to all. Although faculty and student-facing staff will benefit from attending each of the sessions, please attend as you are able.
